Shipping and returns

Once your order is complete, we will start creating your piece. Sometimes we have a little stock but mostly each design is made-to-order. If so please allow 4-6 weeks for us to create your Studio-IRIS piece. We will always contact you to inform you about the timeline. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and been transferred to our carrier.
National orders (NL):
All orders within The Netherlands will be carried by PostNL and provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands will be specified on your invoice. PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track & trace code. This information is an indication provided by PostNL, we cannot guarantee any delivery time based on this information.
International orders: Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders depend on the destination. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added to your country's specific requirements.

Due to our made-to-order policy, we do not offer refunds at this time, but you are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.
We are happy to offer you the possibility to refund or exchange within 14 days of your order's arrival, the item must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and in it' s original packaging in order for us to process the return. After these 14 days we are not able to take back any jewelry.
Items purchased during our sale are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or return. Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or returns. We are unable to accept returns on made-to-order jewelry and solid gold jewelry.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and the returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges and custom fees and we strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau. Studio-IRIS will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. The customer is responsible for providing the right address during check out at www.studio-iris-jewelry.nl . In case the address is wrong due to the customers fault and the package is returned to Studio-IRIS, additional shipping costs will be for the customers account.

When possible we send your piece in a cardboard box of 180 x 115 x 28 mm. It should easily fix inside your mailbox.
