  • Studio-IRIS is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing repair services for any damaged or defective products, in accordance with our Warranty Policy. For guidance on initiating repairs, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team by sending an email to hello@studio-iris-jewelry.nl .

  • If you have any complaints regarding the Products or your shopping experience, please contact Studio IRIS customer service at hello@studio-iris-jewelry.nl . We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

  • All of our rings are standard European sizes. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct rings size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit. Some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more thigh. Please note, that resizing a ring may not always be possible, we would like to point out that it is allowed a delay of an extra week for the delivery must be considered. We will contact you as soon as possible by mail concerning the possibility of re-sizing and the availability of the ring. 

    Our ring size changes depending on the time of day and the weather for the best results measure your finger size:

    1. At the end of the day and when your fingers are wasizing toolrm.

    2. Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.

    3. Use our sizing tool.

    If you require (re)sizing of a product, please contact customer service for assistance. (Re)sizing may be subject to additional charges and shipping fees, which will be communicated to you prior to proceeding with the service.

  • For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. Studio-Iris is not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance procedures in the country of destination. If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email hello@studio-iris-jewelry.nl. We will do everything we can to help you. 

    If the purchased item is in stock Studio IRIS aims to dispatch these items from our studio within 24 hours of your order. Upon dispatch you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. Shipping will take between 2-3 business days. 

    All items will be shipped from our Atelier in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. 

  • Most of our pieces are made-to-order therefore, we do not offer refunds at this time, unless the item is defect. You are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal value within 7 days of purchase. When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, it becomes custom made and it is not returnable. All our gold jewelry is custom thus non-refundable.

    When shipping back your order, take a picture before sending. Please inform us via an email to hello@studio-iris-jewelry.nl . We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only. Studio IRIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.

    Please make sure your items are returned new and unused.

    Upon return of an item our expert will screen all returns before granting an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.

  • We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services. The products or services available on our website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the service and in our advertising on other websites.

    We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

    Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

    Studio IRIS reserves the right to accept or reject any order at any time for any reason.

  • All prices listed on the Store are in Euros and inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

    Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total price of the order during checkout.

    Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via all mayor creditcards, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay.

    Studio IRIS reserves the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice.

  • All intellectual property rights in the Products and the Store, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, belong to Studio-IRIS.

    You agree not to use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without the prior written consent of Studio-IRIS.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio-IRIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the shop or the purchase of products.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.

  • Studio-IRIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

    It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

    By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must not make use of our webshop.
