Repairs on products not bought through or at Studio-IRIS are performed by our specialists with the utmost care and attention. However, Studio-IRIS cannot guarantee successful repairs on any product. Also, Studio-IRIS cannot be held liable for any damages to the particular product. Studio-IRIS reserves the right to cancel the reparation in case it becomes apparent that the reparation is likely to cause damage to the product or if the reparation is too difficult to perform. In case the reparation is likely to cost significantly more than initially quoted, Studio-IRIS will contact the owner/client to determine whether to proceed with the reparation at all.

All of our rings are standard European sizes. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct rings size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit. Some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight. Please note, that resizing a ring may not always be possible. We would like to point out that a delay of an extra week for the delivery must be considered in the case a ring needs to be resized, compared to our usual delivery times. We will contact you as soon as possible by mail concerning the possibility of re-sizing and the availability of the ring. 

Ring sizes change depending on the time of day and the weather. For the best results measure your finger size: 

At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm. 

Measure the finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.

If you require (re)sizing of a product, please contact customer service for assistance. (Re)sizing may be subject to additional charges and shipping fees, which will be communicated to you prior to proceeding with the service.

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. Studio-IRIS is not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance procedures in the country of destination. If the purchased item is in stock Studio-IRIS aims to dispatch these items from our studio within 24 hours of your order. Upon dispatch you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. Shipping will take between 2-3 business days. 

All items will be shipped from our Atelier in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. 

Most of our pieces are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds at this time, unless the product has defects. You are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal value within 7 days of purchase. When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, it becomes custom made and it is not returnable. All our gold jewelry is custom and thus non-refundable.

When shipping back your order, take a picture before sending the product. Please inform us via an email to hello@studio-iris-jewelry.nl . We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only. Studio-IRIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused.

Upon return of a product our expert will screen the product before granting an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.

All prices listed on the Store are in Euros and inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total price of the order during checkout.

Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via all mayor creditcards, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay.

Studio-IRIS reserves the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Products and the Store, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, belong to Studio-IRIS.

You agree not to use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without the prior written consent of Studio-IRIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio-IRIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the shop or the purchase of products.

Studio-IRIS has implemented security measures to prevent any unauthorized access to products and items stored at the venue of Studio-IRIS. However, Studio-IRIS can’t accept any liability in case products or items stored at the venue of Studio-IRIS are stolen, for example through burglary/robbery. In such cases, police reports will always be filed and made available to the client for insurance purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any and all disputes relating to the conclusion, validity, interpretation and/or execution or termination of agreements with Studio-IRIS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Court of Rotterdam, location Rotterdam.

Studio-IRIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must not make use of our webshop.
